Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam, located in the northern part of the country. It’s a chaotic but fascinating city, with motorcycles weaving through bustling traffic and the constant sound of honking horns. It’s a blend of both old and modern Vietnam, where ancient pagoda’s and well-preserved colonial buildings stand along tall skyscrapers. When you add to that an excellent food scene, vibrant nightlife, and rich cultural heritage, you’ve got a captivating city. In this video, we highlight 12 of our favorite things to do in Hanoi.🔗 HANOI LINKS, ACTIVITIES, TOURS & MORE INFO ☑️ Free Walking Tour of the Hanoi Old Quarter: ☑️ Lotte Observation Deck Tickets: ☑️ Hanoi Street Food Tour: ☑️ Water Puppet Theater Tickets: ☑️ Hỏa Lò Prison Museum website: 😴 WHERE TO STAY IN HANOI Hanoi Traveller House ($): Golden Sun Hotel Trendy ($$ — where we stayed): Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel ($$$): ✏️ HANOI MAP WITH PLACES TO EAT, DRINK, SEE:🎥 MORE VIETNAM VIDEOS:Ha Long Bay: Sapa: Cat Ba Island: Ha Giang Loop: Northern Vietnam Top Places To Visit: Singapore: ✍️ GET TRAVEL PLANNER AT 50% OFF:💰 SAVE MONEY ON YOUR TRIP & PLATFORMS WE USE:- Book public buses and trains: - Book cheap flights: - Book accommodation: - Book rental car: - Book ferry tickets: - Get ESIM at 15% discount with code WWH15: - Find the best hiking trails: ✅ SUBSCRIBE:😊 FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA:🎵 MUSIC CREDITS:In The Front Instrumental Version by Ziv MoranRejoice In The Morning by The David Roy CollectiveThe Mountain Top by Jamie RutherfordThe Southern Lake by Borden LuluLetting Go by SeroBridges by Shinto🎥 VIDEO CHAPTERS:0:00 Intro1:19 The Old Quarter 2:19 Beer Street2:54 Hoan Kiem Lake Walk and Ngoc Son Temple3:54 Train Street 4:30 Phung Hung Street Art5:00 Hồ Chí Minh’s Mausoleum6:07 Dong Xuan Market and The Weekend Night Market7:16 West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda7:59 Hanoi City Views8:51 Hanoi Street Food Tour10:11 Water Puppet Show11:20 Hỏa Lò Prison Museum12:17 Hanoi Travel Tips #hanoi #vietnam #travelguide
I was in Hanoi in December 2023 and on Train Street. You can still walk on the road so your comment is correct. Yes, the gate is across the track blocking regular people to just walk in but the cafe owners are standing outside of the barrier and bring you in and are legally allowed to do that. I have pictures of me on the side waiting for the train to arrive and photos/video of it passing me by. The train times are 9am 12 noon and 3pm so to get there 15 mins before is recommended. you're welcome.
Certainly one of the best Hanoi vids we have seen. Showing the location of attractions on the city map was brilliant. And it helps to sort out where to stay in the city. Now onto your Ha Long Bay vid. Thank you. Max. Australia.
